[VHFcontesting] Beacons back on

 Thanks to the ham who sent an FT-8 message "chk clo" noticing I was 
struggling to make contacts. It ended up Dimension 4 was not running. Clock 
was off 3 sec.
Working fine after sync clock.

K1IIG beacons back on.
