[VHFcontesting] VE7AFZ/R plans in the contest and afterwards

Also I expect to run a mix of analog and digital on the usual frequencies.   I will try and keep my eye on the band scope on the 7300 and qsy as needed.   

I expect to make at least a few SSB cq calls as well on Monday.  Probably on 50.125
