[VHFcontesting] Rules Discussion

Right now the closest thing we have to a single-band 6m contest is the CQWW
VHF contest. I've always liked that contest. When 6m is open, it almost
turns into a 6m only contest, with just about everyone staying on 6.
Otherwise, 2m gets a lot of activity, too.
