[VHFcontesting] Meteor Scatter Digital Contest and 6m Sprint Reminder

Time to dust off your radio, computer,  microphone, and key or paddle to help make the bands come to life once again. This weekend is near the peak of the Perseid Meteor Shower and there are two operating events taking place to take advantage of enhanced meteor scatter conditions. Maybe the propagation gods will have Sporadic Es conditions in store for us during the 6m sprint.
 First event is the Meteor Scatter Contest, starts today at 1500z through 1500z Sunday on 6, 2, and 1.25m bands. See KV5W's announcement on his web page link below.

The 6m Fall Sprint is the second event that takes place tomorrow at 7pm to 11pm local time.  All modes and propagation modes are  encouraged. See link below for details.
