[VHFcontesting] 500-watt LDMOS 2M Amp?

I would guess QHTenna is N4QH, who placed the ad. I can't see that he has a
website himself. The price does seem high.

Ed K9EK has designed 300 watt amps for 144 MHz using LDMOS FET's. He
doesn't manufacture them, though. I have the article he wrote about it
somewhere around here. I could build it myself.
