[VHFcontesting] Coaxial Surge Arrestor

I'm looking at adding either the Mogan (I.C.E) M-300 series or the Alpha
Delta arrestors.  I.C.E.  offers both a DC Blocking and DC Pass version
while Alpha -Deltas' are all DC Pass.  Wondering if any comments pro/con
regarding either one.
