Maybe we need a "World Above 144 MHz" column - hi.  I notice that the new
Icom IC-905 is missing 222 MHz.  Looks like we have to make even more noise
on that band for the major manufacturers to take note (My last QSL for 222
MHz VUCC was from my own grid, FM09).  I was really hoping that Yaesu would
come out with a modern version of the FT-736R; didn't happen.  A Q5 Signal
transverter takes care of that band now.

Tuesday's session was pretty nominal.  Very nice signals from N1GC and
K9MRI.  Sorry I didn't get back to try with AJ6T.  Had a nice ragchew with
W1XR.  Seems we both got hooked on VHF the same way with a Heathkit *Twoer*.
