[VHFcontesting] Two Twenty Two on Twoosday Night

A gentle reminder that it is another Tuesday and that is a great time to 
gather around 222.100 this evening and look for others who are doing the 
same thing. Just get on and look for contacts!  Last week we had W2KV 
show up with a brand new antenna for the band and he worked a fair 
number of stations both on CW and SSB.  Activity was up a bit and folks 
in the high activity areas made close to 30 contacts for the evening.

I looked at the tropo forecast and saw that there is a great chance for 
DX in the upper midwest, but nothing in New England other than coastal 
enhancement in New England.  Of course, the Southeast always has some 
enhancement so I am sure some neat contacts will emerge this evening.  
  Be sure to check the ON4KST Chat page (144/432 MHz Region 2)   It 
helps to lket people know you are there if U are in an outlying area.  
ACtion usually starts around 2300 UT or 7 PM on the East Coast and 
proceeds westward. I hope to catch you on 222 this evening.
