Convert it to the RA18H1213G which is a replacement for the obsolete M57762
power module. The RA18H1213G requires significantly less drive power (200 mW
vs 1 watt) and a lower gate voltage (+5VDC at 1 mA vs +9VDC at 500 mA),
resulting in a more efficient and simpler hybrid power amplifier design that
does not require a heat sink for the control pin or bypass components for
the hybrid.   There are several sources on the web detailing how to do the
conversion.

please let me know. I have purchased what I had hoped was a good M57762
