Well the new start times work out great for Europe...

For us in Central/Western NA, the contest will be  basically over when the
Es give out on the first day. Not much to be had before 7:00am CDT, 6:00am
MDT and 5:00am PDT. EC might see a little.  And then again, I could be
totally wrong. It is 6m.
