[VHFcontesting] Bias Current for Gemini 70-1K Amp

What else is powered in the RF deck without PTT enabled?  If this is ONLY
the pallet current it should draw nothing until PTT is enabled.
1 Amp with PTT no RF is correct.
I suspect you're measuring something else too.
