I monitor the ON4KST 144/432 Region 2 Chat page and Slack VHF chat.    I also us watch for activity using SDR waterfall/panoramic display for activity across the bands.

  The rules state that "All entrants are permitted to use spotting  assistance or nets including DX-alerting nets, internet chat rooms,  APRS and other packet, reverse beacon networks and repeaters".
  What are other contestors specifically using for finding FT8 or    SSB/CW contact partners?
