[WL-USERS] Writelog for IARU

Planning on using Writlelog again for the IARU contest in a few weeks.  

I seem to recall last year needing either an update or some new files to 
help writelog "translate" the callsing prefixes into the most logical IARU
zones.  

(or maybe I just imagine that, it's possible :-) )

Will this be need again this year, and is so, what file is it, and where 
do you get it.
