[WL-USERS] Rttyrite 9.24

I just downloaded and installed Rttyrite 9.24.  The webpage said
"Update the RttyRite module for (1) PSK now
                has a NET button "

Well, where is it???
I got version dtd 06/05/99 16:42.  The help about box said 9.24 so think
I did everything right.  Anybody else got a Net button?
