[WriteLog] Dual Monitors?

It is a function of Windows 98, not WriteLog.  Windows 98 supports dual 
video cards.  Easy to implement.  I usually have the Band Map on the second 
monitor along with a telnet window, and all the other windows on the main 
monitor (17in).
