[WriteLog] TNC-Scopes

We've been talking about using oscilloscopes for proper tuning of RTTY
signals, e.g. the "crossed bananas" display of the MARK and SPACE audio.
The PK-232 has a "scope output" connector available, but some other modems
do not.  Popular subject, obviously!
