[WriteLog] how to skip the rst field

Go to Setup Exchange Parameters, and unclick the Prompt box.  You won't
be prompted for the RST at all, but 599 will appear for all contacts in
the log, and that field will still print - you just won't be prompted
for it anymore.  I guess if you get less than 599, you'll have to edit
it later!  ;-)
