[WriteLog] Alt-K window position on CW mode

Does anyone know how to make the position of the writelog Alt-K window (in
CW mode) stay put?  I suspect there should be a variable name with X and Y
positions recorded in the writelog.ini file but I don't have a name for the
variable and my ini file does not have one.
