[WriteLog] Yaesu rotor control.

I have recently tried using Writelog V10.21 with my Yeasu GS-232A
rotor controller. It turns the rotor but aims the antenna in the
wrong direction. I know what the problem is. Yeasu rotors use 180
degrees as the zero point. So, any software that controls the
rotor must subtract 180 from headings between 180 and 360 and add
180 to headings between 0 and 180. Failure to do that will get you
the reciprocal bearing and that's exactly what's happening.

It would also be a nice enhancement if there was a button select
short path or long path as you can with Logger.
