[WriteLog] [Writelog] packet telnet addresses

I have had a difficult time connecting to the WU3V mega cluster for the past few
months using Writelog.  I do not know if it is Writelog or the mega cluster but
something seems to be a miss.  Anyone else having difficulty connecting up to
the packet clusters?
