[WriteLog] Here's how to setup DX Telnet with WL and DX4WIN

I have added a DX Telnet page to my web site just to answer these
questions.  The URL is http://www.qsl.net/wa9als/dxtelnet.htm.  DX
Telnet is a great program, and works great with DX4WIN and Writelog - at
the same time.  It also has the new EMAILERT program that's wonderful if
you can't sit in front of the radio all day!

Making spots yourself from within DX4WIN (ALT-A) or Writelog (CNTL-T)
requires a corrected version of DUPER that currently is only available
from Pawel (SP7PS) (THANKS), but will be included in the next version of
DX Telnet per Fab.

This page should save people a lot of time figuring it out and can
definitely increase your enjoyment of all three programs!  73
