[WriteLog] Cabrillo log for 10M contest needs mode added

We have posted a patch that will update the current version of WriteLog,
10.22B, to 10.22C which is identical except that it includes the appropriate
Mode indication.

http://www.writelog.com/downloads.htm look at the top item. Please follow
instructions.

Note that it takes longer to download and install this patch than it does to
correct the Cabrillo file generated by 10.22B.
