[WriteLog] Updated printable PDF version of the online help files

The writelog downloads web page, http://www.writelog.com/downloads.htm, now
has a PDF version of the online help for version 10.22. This is a conversion
of the online files, so the order of the topics is not what you might expect
for printing, but its easy to browse and it will print. Its over 300 pages,
however.
