[WriteLog] contest field editing

 Making the default something other than 599 would be nice though.  For
those not familiar with any of the QRP contests usually the "default"
rst is 559...and alot of the times "real" rst's are given.  Using the
mouse to edit the rst of each qso gets a little old after a while.

The order of the fields is not an issue...just was a question after only
the first day of learning the software.
