[WriteLog] SARTG New Years Day - Contest module updated

Hi,

This is definitely the last update this year. Thanks to everyone that have taken
their time to test and use the modules during the year and for all suggestions
that I have received. It helps a lot..

Changed modules:

SARTG New Years Day Contest
Only A-Z are now valid in the "Name" field.
Only A-Z and Space are now valid in the "Happy New Year" field.

EA RTTY Contest
Rule change: Added support for Call Areas.
