Disagree ....when we now tune 75 phone ... which is not that often ...  3910
is vacant ... the filth and crap are gone ..

75 phone is not 100% clean yet...... but getting there ....

Riley may not have cleaned up all the bands YET ...

But he is the best thing the FCC has ever had to insure the continued
healthy life of amateur radio ....
