[WriteLog] Update 10.14E now ready

Just a note to fellow 10.11 upgraders:  Seems like you
should just install over your current WriteLog
software, without uninstalling it first.  When I
mistakenly uninstalled 10.11 (did a thorough
uninstall) and then installed 10.14, I ended up with a
"missing DLL" message.  So I reinstalled 10.11 and
then 10.14 over it and seems fine now.
