[WriteLog] WRITELOG OBSERVATIONS

I just tested this out again to make sure - If I click on a
NON-highlighted callsign (separated by spaces), it goes to the entry
window, AND I can hit INSERT to send the exchange to the proper
callsign - no need to TYPE it in! You Do need to click on the FIRST
letter of the callsign, whereas I think you can type ANYWHERE in a
highlighted callsign and get the whole thing.

What I found confusing was that RIGHT BEFORE I would hit the INSERT key,
ANOTHER call would get highlighted, and the exchange would go to the 2nd
caller rather than the first.
