[WriteLog] CW keying not working

I am a new user to Write Log, I have not been able to get Write Log to 
Transmit CW, 
I am able to run PSK and RTTY  OK, I am able to use the CW on another program 
with no trouble, so I do know that it is working OK, it uses the same serial 
port hookup that Write Log uses, I am able to receive CW OK but no keying of 
the rig,
I have tried different settings and nothing seems to work for me, maybe there 
is some setting that I may be overlooking ?
