[WriteLog] WL10.14 and SSB messages

Has anyone a point format format note for setting up WL to send the SSB messages 

CALL	+EXCHANGE I.E. 59 SERIAL OR
CALL	+EXCHANGE I.E. 59 ON OR

Tried following manual but can't get it to send the call from window
have all files A--Z and 0--9 etc plus msg2.wav --etc set up 
i.e. set F5 as %C 
The call is outlined in red for a few seconds but no audio
Can't get it to send the call ? or merge two fields?
Tried all last week !! gave up friday befor the 160 test
Sound card scores 7f and is SB16
PC PIII-500 MHz 128meg
