[WriteLog] CW Sidetone

Well!!!
I wonder if a zilch response means noone has needed it, they know how
but haven't responded yet, it isn't possible or some other reason. It
would be useful if WriteLog were capable of stand alone operation with
sidetone out the PC speaker. One could for instance use it for
practicing CW QSOs.
