[WriteLog] Ver 10.18 file missing

Jim,
I got the same message. So in DOS I copied MSVCP60.DLL to
MSVCP50.DLL and the program ran. However I haven't yet tried to
do any logging. The about message also shows version 18A as
someone else pointed out.
