[WriteLog] OK I have it now

First, I started from scratch again.  I unzipped, then rebooted, then
ran setup, then rebooted again, then tried to run 1018a - same error
msg.

Then I browsed the WIN98SE CD and found the msvcp.dll file in the
win98\win98_37.cab as Bruce said.  Actually, all you have to do is
double click on it to see the files in that cab.  However, even the file
msvcp50.dll has to be EXTRACTED to the windows/system folder by
right-clicking.

Since I can see a file named msvcp50.dll by double clicking on the
37.cab file, I don't understand why Find File didn't find it!  Oh well.

Now v108a seems to work!  But WHY the problems for some...??????
