[WriteLog] PA QSO Party & Writelog 10.18C

I just obtained Writelog the other day.  I have been testing the various
contests it can support. There is a problem with the scoring for the PA QSO
Party.  All the points/qso values are multiplied by 10.  CW QSOs on 40 thru
10 meters should be 1.5 Pts/Qso.  Writelog uses a value of 15.  All phone
Qsos should be 1 point.  Writelog uses a value of 10.  Am I doing something
wrong or what ??
