[WriteLog] recording a <msg2.wav>

I have the sound transmission for voice keying working.
I will sound out each letter as in w9ol or whatever I type in.

But I can't get it to play a msg.wav file.
I can't record them using the shift fKey like the help says.
If I use Sound Recorder to make a recording and save it as msg4.wav I get an
wrong file format error message.

Sounding out each letter is to choppy.
I need it to send the whole buffer.
What am I missing here folks?
