[WriteLog] Update #2 - DXTelnet/WriteLog Networking

I have everything working as far as receiving spots from DXTelnet
and receiving them on all networked computers in WriteLog's
packet windows.

There is still a problem sending spots using ALT-T from WriteLog
on the computer not running DXTelnet (computer B).  Spots can
be sent from computer A using ALT-T.  Computer A is connected
to the Internet and running DXTelnet.

I've asked Fabrizio for some help resolving this problem.
