BANDS.   Use Amateur bands 80, 40, 20, 15, and 10 metres.
MODES.  All digital modes are permitted (RTTY, AMTOR, FEC, PKT, PACTOR, and
the new PSK).
NOTE: No satellite operation is permitted.
CLASSIFICATIONS. (A) SINGLE OPERATOR (One transmitter)
                                  (B) MULTI-OPERATOR (One transmitter)
                                 (C) S.W.Ls
MESSAGES. To consist of RST, Time (UTC), and (CQ) Zone.

Bad prop forecast - Don't forget to check 40 and 80!  HI  GL to all!
