[WriteLog] NEC Dual Optoisolator not available from Digikey

The the 2 NEC Dual photo-transistor Output Optoisolators specified in the
specs for the W5XD Multi-function keyer are no longer available from
Digikey.

Does anyone know of an alternate source for the chips or an available pin
compatible chip from another manufacturer?
