[WriteLog] WL Confirguration for Field Day

I'm planning to use WriteLog to operate Field Day in category 1D
and operating less than 150 watts. Is there any way to configure
WriteLog to give 0 points for contacts with other 1Ds and to
use an overall point multiplier of 2 for operation using less
than 150 watts?
