[WriteLog] Packet Spots

A couple of minor issues came up this weekend with
packet spots:

Noticed quite a few domestic (US/Canada) spots finding
their way into the packet spot window and tagged as
multipliers.

Also wondering if it is possible to implement a little
filtering of the spots to be able to exclude WARC/VHF
spots.  I know this is possible with set/filter
commands with the packet node, but sure would be a lot
easier if WriteLog could handle the filtering.

A few times after connecting to Telnet node, the spots
coming in would not show up in the Packet window and
would have to close WriteLog and reopen to get it to
function properly.

Just minor things - 10.15 did a fantastic job this
weekend!
