Edit the wl_cty.dat file to add this callsign to the list for China, then 
rebuild the country tables. At least that's the "CT-like" approach.

Does Writelog save the country prefix with each QSO, or does it re-compute 
them every time you start Writelog like CT does?  If the former, then this 
method won't work.
