[WriteLog] NEVER MIND Re: DX4WIN and Quicken 2000 - please

Op error, as usual.  They all work fine again.  And DX4WIN and Quicken
work at the same time too.  All I will admit to is that I misjudged
whether DX4WIN was "working".  Wish I could send you all a check, but...
