[WriteLog] RTTY trouble

Barry,

I have the Montego A3D card in a P3-600 machine.  I'm running Win2K in this
one rather than 98, but I think I've used the Montego card in a Win98
configuration.  I normally run FSK, but switch to AFSK for testing and both
work (I use Stereo SB).  I'm currently using WL V10.15.
