[WriteLog] FT767 comm problems

I am trying to setup my FT767GX and FIF232 interface with Writelog.  TXD & RXD
are both active when polling is on, but the FT767GX will not respond to
commands and will not report its status to WriteLog.

Everything works fine with two other logging programs.
