[WriteLog] CtCompatibleAccel=YES "Yes"

Scot's approach of using "yes" all caps. works!  Tried it both ways and got
the same results as Scot - "YES" works, but "Yes" doesn't.  (But, then
again, the rain stopped.)

Thanks to all for your inputs; it's great to know so many folks are
available to help with a problem.  See ya all in the next contest.
