[WriteLog] CQWW country for K5K

To override WriteLog's country calculation, edit the PREF column and put in
the "official" prefix for the country it is. The official prefixes are what
you see when you choose Contest Show Multipliers...

If K5K didn't calculate correctly for you, then put KH5K in the PREF column.
