[WriteLog] TS-850S split not working either!

It looks like more than just one type of radio does not work in split any
more.  My 850S will set the second VFO to the correct frequency, but does
not go into the split mode with WL10.20B.  Haven't gone back to 10.19F to
see if it worked then.
