[WriteLog] QTC group number not being logged!

I noticed that the QTC group number is not being logged.

In contrast, last year's log DID contain the QTC group number.  Anyone
else seeing this?  Just look in the log and scroll over to the right
until you can see the R-QTC number field - should say something like
"QTC: 4/10", but all mine are blank in this year's!  If I look under
Setup|Exchange Parameter Setup, it is the same as last year's - The only
box checked is Print.
