[WriteLog] Band Map Stops Updating

Hello Rick,

I have found that when using the latest version of Writelog that once I close
the Bandmap window I can not get it to come back using the Window Bandmap
selection in Writelog.  I have to close Writelog and reopen it to recover the
Bandmap window.

I also have the problem previously described where Writelog will not save my
Bandmap placement settings if I place it full height against the left or right
edge of the screen.
