[WriteLog] TARA PSK31 'test

I feel like I'm missing something.  Thought I ran the TARA PSK31 test last 
year, can't find the wl file from it (had to rebuild the machine over the 
summer so it probably got canned then).  So this silly-feeling question:

What contest file do I use as the basis for the TARA PSK31 contest this 
weekend?  From what I see, the TARA RTTY Sprint config lacks the name field 
in the exchange.
